Crossways Manor: The Ballroom Flat & The Manor Apartment

Two exceptional  4 STAR apartments, both within this historic, country, manor House in the heart of The Vale of Glamorgan. Just 1 mile from the bustling, roman market town of Cowbridge. and only 12 miles from Cardiff.

The Ballroom Flat is a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment within Crossways Manor. It sleeps 2 - 4 in a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lving room. The living room is open plan with a dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is also a hallway and a bathroom with an overhead in bath shower

The Manor Apartment is also within the manor (see bottom row of pictures)

It has 2 enormous bedrooms, one with ensuite and dressing room. The master bedroom has a superking and a single bed, adressing room and an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 can be made up as a twin, a king, a triple or a quad. The smaller living room/snug has a double sofa bed and can therefore be converted into a 3rd double bedroom. There is another bathroom a second shower room. There is a large panelled dining hall, an elegant living room with private access to the gardens, plus a well equipped kitchen.

All bed linen, towels and utilities are included in the rental.

Well behaved pets are welcome.

The Manor and apartments are all No Smoking. Smokers are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Large gardens, tennis court and pool table. 2 pubs/restaurants within walking distance and many more great places to eat within the area.

Cowbridge is delightful with many small shops, tearooms, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. For golf, shopping, water sports, sightseeing, historic sites, walking, realxing and more The Vale of Glamorgan is the answer.

Breakfasts can be booked in the main Manor House dining room if required during your stay.

Accessibility

The Ballroom Flat and all the B&B guest rooms are on the first floor accessed by  wide and shallow, stairs.

Directions

Junction 33 M4. To Cardiff West. Take A48 to Cowbridge. Down through the High Street. Turn left at the end to Llantwit Major. 1/2 mile turn right signed Crossways House. Go 1/2 a mile and enter the grounds on ytuor left throught the large wrought irone gates. Follow the driveway clcokwise to the inner courtyard and main entyrance.

Plenty of parking availbale within the grounds.

Public transport info

X2 bus from cardiff or Bridgend. The V1 or V2 bus from llantwit Major

Cardiff and Bridgend and lllantwit Major have train servcies.

We are happy to collect you from Cowbridge High Street bust stop by prior arrangement.

Taxis from Cardiff are about £35 from bridgend about £15 and from llantwit about £12
