Sheepleys

Ewe will just love it!

Nestled in the heart of the Vale countryside, between the picturesque towns of Cowbridge and Llantwit Major, Sheepleys is convenient for Cardiff, the Airport, Heritage Coast and a host of other top attractions.

The light and airy rooms in this individual country home are tastefully furnished and decorated, and all have en-suite/private facilities.

The house is surrounded by a large attractive garden and is set in 7 acres of pastureland. Our menagerie seems to be constantly growing and includes Horses, Donkeys, Sheep and Chickens, plus of course the normal family pets!

There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the locality which all serve excellent food.

Children and well behaved dogs are welcome.  We can even accommodate your horse in our newly built stables and lush paddocks! (see our website for more details)

Directions

From the M4

Leave the M4 at junction 35 and take the A473 towards Pencoed. At the first roundabout, after approx. ¼ mile, take the third exit signed to Felindre.

After approx. 4 miles, at a 'T' junction with the A48 turn left and immediately right, signed LLantwit Major/Llandow. Proceed through the village of Llysworney.

After about 1 mile turn right at a crossroads, signed "Sheepleys B&B". Sheepleys is the first house you come to on the right hand side, approx. ½ mile up the road.

From Cardiff

Take the A48 towards Cowbridge/Bridgend. Turn left off the dual carriageway sign posted Cowbridge. Proceed through the town. Just past the police station (on your left) turn left, signed Llantwit Major.

Carry on for approx. 3 miles. When you come to a crossroads turn left towards Llanwit Major. At the next crossroads after approx. ½ mile turn right, signed "Sheepleys B&B".

Sheepleys is the first house you come to on the right hand side, approx. ½ mile up the road.

Parking

There is plenty of parking to the front of the house, but if you have a big vehicle or trailer, we have large yard to the side

Public transport info

Our nearest train station is 2.5 miles away at Llantwit Major, and the nearest mainline station is at Bridgend which is only 6 miles away.

There is a local bus  which runs every two hours to Cowbridge & Llantwit Major
