A Family run B&B and Livery centre conveniently located in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan, only 17 Miles from Cardiff City Centre and 10 Miles from Cardiff International Airport

Ashley House can sleep upto 8 people with the accommodation consisting of a large open plan Conservatory with Dining area, and lounge area with TV & Radio - heated with Underfloor heating

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms:

* One Twin Room with Private Bathroom & shower over bath
* En Suite Double Room with Shower
* Double Room with Private Bathroom & Shower over bath

The Garden is accessed via the conservatory and is suitably furnished with adequete furniture available for use on both Patio and Grassed area for those pleasant summer evenings observing the panaromic views of the Welsh countryside.

Directions

From the M4

Leave the M4 at junction 35 and take the A473 towards Pencoed. At the first roundabout, after approx. ¼ mile, take the third exit signed to Felindre.

After approx. 4 miles, at a 'T' junction with the A48 turn left and immediately right, signed LLantwit Major/Llandow. Proceed through the village of Llysworney.

After about 1 mile turn right at a crossroads, signed "Ashley House B&B", passing the Place for Homes Furniture Centre on your left, Ashley House i approx. ¼ mile up the road on your left

From Cardiff

Take the A48 towards Cowbridge/Bridgend. Turn left off the dual carriageway sign posted Cowbridge. Proceed through the town. Just past the police station (on your left) turn left, signed Llantwit Major.

Carry on for approx. 3 miles. When you come to a crossroads turn left towards Llanwit Major. At the next crossroads after approx. ½ mile turn right, signed "Ashley House B&B", passing the Place for Homes Furniture Centre on your left, Ashley House i approx. ¼ mile up the road on your left.

Parking

To the front of the equestrian building is a concrete apron with space to park approximately 20 cars and an additional area of hard standing which provides adequete room for manouvering large horse boxes and can provide a further 20 parking places
