The Granary Suite is situated at the south end of the main residence Y Felin Fach, a barn conversion with uninterrupted views across the Heritage Coast.

The Granary Suite comprises sitting area equipped with flat screen television, leather chairs and beverage making facilities. Guests will always find a selection of country magazines, books and fresh fruit. In the sleeping area enjoy the comfort of a king size bed, deep mattress and finest quality linen. En-suite shower room, bath sheets, toweling robes, slippers, fine soaps, shampoo selection, hairdryer and trouser press.

Breakfast is served on Wedgewood china in the dining hall, a particularly lovely room with vaulted beamed ceiling and wonderful views. At your leisure, enjoy a hearty three course breakfast. We do our utmost to provide locally sourced high quality produce, and endeavor to accommodate all tastes and special dietary needs. A starter of natural yoghurt served with fresh banana, chopped walnuts and drizzled with acacia honey is always a favorite. Fresh eggs are courtesy of our own hens Doris and family.

The Granary is within walking distance of the stunning beach and coastline. The location is ideal for walkers, cyclist, surfers, and golfers, exploring historic monuments, or simply enjoying beach days or shopping at the renowned local town of Cowbridge.

Were to eat: Leave your car and walk for 2 minutes to the award winning pub ‘Plough and Harrow’ Monknash. Good food is available and usually a band playing on Saturday evening in addition nearby villages and the town of Cowbridge offer a wide range of restaurants.

Directions

At Monknash go to The Plough and Harrow Pub, continue past the front of the pub along the beach road. Pass three cottages on the right hand side followed by a stone barn Y Felin Fach, enter the property at the stone wall entrance.

There is amble parking at the property. Long term parking available for visitors flying from Cardiff Airport, local taxi transfers arranged

We are pelased to meet trains at Llantwit Major (3.3 miles) or Bridgend (5.5 miles) or planes at Cardiff Airport (11.6 miles).

A local bus service is available all year between local towns.
